Her expertise encompasses executive leadership, brand + business development & start-up launch, navigating culture change & team diversities, commercial development & integration, advisory services & interim management and merchandising.
A natural mentor, Joh has shared her global luxury expertise with emerging design talent and start-up owners for years. Leveraging uncompromising brand management standards, she believes that understanding the roots behind one's drive to create a product or service is core to determining a brand's unique positioning and reason for being in the marketplace.
Joh is a lifelong advocate of social justice, women's rights and the performing arts, and an active volunteer for the Women's Refugee Commission, Same Sky Foundation, SAGE and Art of Motion.

Introduced two trail-blazing creators from the worlds of modern dance and fashion, resulting in a unique collaborative work of choreography, costume & set design and performance. Represented COMME des GARÇONS throughout development and execution of the project.
Crown x Basquiat
Advised and worked closely with the family and estate of Jean-Michel Basquiat on a men's collection inspired by the spirit and style of the artist. Crown x Basquiat was launched in 2012 at fine men's specialty retailers across North America and Europe.

Spearheaded collaboration with British men's and women's fashion designer celebrated for his innovative recycling of military gear. The limited edition series of men's and women's product was created from up-cycled Swiss army surplus gear.
